What you will be doing

1. Help create an excellent and memorable stay for our guests by welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service, either in person or by phone.
2. Ensure that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner.

Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and math skills required. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary. Must be able to:

• Talk and hear regularly, interacting with guests.
• Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls.
• Occasionally walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
