Our Company: Schulte Hospitality Group is a division of Schulte Companies, a leading third-party management company with extensive experience across the hospitality industry. We operate over 200 locations across 38 states and 3 countries, including brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, and many independent boutique properties.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival, focusing on personal recognition
  • Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing welcome amenities
  • Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in prior to arrival
  • Answer phones promptly with a smile, answer questions, or transfer calls as needed
  • Manage cash bank, perform cash drops, and report discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with lobby activation as needed
  • Handle guest PPI data properly
  • Follow check-in/check-out procedures, including verifying identification and payment methods
  • Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum one year in front desk operations
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to exceed guest and team expectations
  • Excellent time management skills
