An established industry player in hospitality is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join their team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. As the primary point of contact, you will facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. For some, traveling and being away is fun; however, many travelers miss being home. Our Front Desk team makes our hotel feel like home. As a Front Desk Agent, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for taking care of our guests during their stay. You are the main hub of communication between our guests and all departments. You will play a key role in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service and financial profitability.
Schedule: Weekends required. Shifts include 7-3 pm and 3-11 pm.
Experience in Hotel Front Desk preferred.
