We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic team player who loves working with people!

What you will be doing

You will help create an excellent and memorable stay for our guests by welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service, either in person or by phone. You will ensure that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner.

Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary. This job requires the ability to:

• Talk, hear, and interact with guests regularly
• Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls
• Walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Stand for long periods

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Typically, 1-3 months of related experience and/or training is expected.
