Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, admin or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Excel.
• Dealership software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
• Direct incoming calls and forward them appropriately.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Light bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation in Excel.
• Assist sales team with administrative duties as needed.
• Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants daily.
