Westside Lexus is seeking a Customer Service Admin to represent the Service department on the phone and in person. You will support the service team, greet guests, and handle invoicing, payments and scheduling with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer service needs are met.
• Schedule service appointments over the phone.
• Resolve conflicts in person and over the phone.
• Explain invoices and charges, and edit invoices if needed.
• Submit invoices to 3rd party companies and collect payment.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate actions with managers, service advisors, technicians and customers.
• Submit accurate cash, check and credit card deposits.
• Generate additional business and make outbound calls to schedule repairs, service, parts, and recalls.
