Responsibilities

• Meet customer service needs.
• Schedule service appointments by phone.
• Resolve conflicts in person and over the phone.
• Explain invoices and edit charges as needed.
• Submit invoices to third-party companies and collect payments.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate actions with managers, service advisors, technicians and customers.
• Submit accurate deposits (cash, checks and credit cards).
• Generate and pursue additional business with outbound calls.
