Job summary

Floyd's 99 Barbershop Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village, CO is hiring a full-time Front Desk Host. You will keep the shop running smoothly by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and taking messages for staff, while discussing services and providing pricing information.

Upsell treatments or products when possible, quote wait times, and help with general cleaning duties to maintain a positive retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
