Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring a Front Desk Host in Greenwood Village, CO. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by handling phone inquiries, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients with pricing and product options.

We value a detail-oriented, team-oriented individual who can manage a fast-paced retail environment, maintain confidentiality, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Fast-paced environment experience.
• Strong communication skills both on the phone and in person.
• Team-oriented and able to work with others.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For
