Responsabilités

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the front counter with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls to answer questions, provide basic quotes, and schedule service appointments.
• Process payments, handle cash register transactions, and issue receipts accurately.
• Collect details for custom glass orders (e.g., measurements, glass types) and enter them into our system.
• Coordinate with technicians and the shop team to track order statuses and update customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and waiting area.
