Job summary

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Associates to join our growing team of professionals nationwide. This role involves welcoming customers, handling inquiries, and processing estimates and invoices.

Experience is valued, but training is provided. Trainees earn at least $15/hr, with pay rising to up to $18/hr after training. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and customer service mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Prior phone or call center experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
• Answer phones and return customer calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist Manager with daily parts returns
• Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
• Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
