Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Little Rock, AR to be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders and payments, and assisting with returns and account management to support branch operations.

The role emphasizes professionalism, accuracy, and teamwork, with a Monday–Friday schedule and limited weekend hours; retail or auto parts counter experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse coordination.
• Interact with customers via telephone and in-person.
• Manage customer accounts and elevate concerns as needed.
• Handle complaints and provide timely solutions.
