Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year related bakery experience.
• Bakery/pastry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and prepare a variety of baked items from scratch.
• Weigh ingredients, mix dough, shape and bake items to specification.
• Regulate oven temperatures and monitor baking times to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain bake shop cleanliness, proper storage, labeling and dating of products.
• Accommodate special requests and ensure high-quality baked goods leave the kitchen.
