Job summary

Sodexo at Liberty University is seeking a Senior Baker to lead bakery production on campus and deliver delicious baked goods with customer service at the heart of every task.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and at least 3 years of related experience, with responsibilities including portioning, inventory control, and cost management while maintaining safety and quality in a flexible, benefits-rich environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production of baked goods; assist with costing and ordering related to bakery items/products/menu.
• Ensure portion and inventory control.
• Produce pastry/dessert within budgetary guidelines as directed.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business needs.
