Kierland Animal Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, patient flow, and both phone and in-person interactions while delivering compassionate service.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or reception, experience with veterinary front-desk tasks, and proficiency with EzyVet. We offer full-time hours, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, or reception role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially EzyVet
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients in routine and sensitive situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during busy periods
