Kierland Animal Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, and support veterinary services with compassionate care.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and experience handling multi-line phones. Full-time, 4/10 schedule, Monday-Saturday, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or reception role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system and assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially EzyVet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
