Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive experience
• Answering phones and helping patients with questions
• Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their care
• Communicating with patients throughout their treatment
• Following up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
• Helping patients understand payment options and setting up in-office payment plans
• Ensuring appointments are scheduled and kept on track
• Collaborating with the doctor and team to keep patient experience smooth
