Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery/restaurant or related field.
• Reliable and friendly with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented; keep area clean.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment following company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary deli area and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment accuracy and quality.
