Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Deli Clerk to join our fast-paced deli team. You will assist customers, prepare fresh meals, and ensure deli displays are accurate and appealing.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will operate slicers and ovens, and maintain a clean deli area while providing excellent service.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Be dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh and easy meals.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented while maintaining cleanliness.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment following company standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe deli area and equipment; clean shelves and floors.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
