Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to join our fast-paced kitchen and deli team. You will help customers choose healthy foods and prepare fresh, easy meals while maintaining a clean, safe deli area.

You’ll operate slicers and other deli equipment, handle special orders, and rotate displays, all while delivering friendly service and accurate, efficient support during busy shifts in our store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, or education/experience mix.
• Be dependable, reliable and customer friendly.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy foods and prepare fresh meals.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate slicers and other deli equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe deli area and log received products for quality.
