Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Dependable and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to take direction and work with others.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Lift/carry up to 70 lbs. up to 20 feet without mechanical assistance for up to 4 hours.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Perform general housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe deli area.
• Operate deli equipment and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Be able to work in cooler and freezer temperatures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and preparing fresh meals.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Fill, rotate, and display products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate slicers, ovens, microwaves, and other deli equipment according to standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary deli area and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for temperature and quality.
