Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Deli Clerk to join our fast-paced kitchen and deli team. You will help customers choose healthy foods and prepare fresh meals, while maintaining area cleanliness and product displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must lift up to 70 lbs. and stand up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must pass a Food Handlers permit.
• Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy options and preparing fresh meals.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely (meat/cheese slicers, ovens, microwaves, scales).
• Maintain clean and sanitary deli area and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and log product shipments for accuracy and quality.
