Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring a Deli Clerk to join our fast-paced deli team. You will assist customers, prepare fresh meals, and ensure deli items are packaged and displayed to high standards in a clean, well-organized area.

Responsibilities include operating deli equipment, maintaining safety and sanitation, and helping with product rotation and special orders. A friendly, reliable team player with flexible scheduling is ideal.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery or related field.
• Be dependable and reliable with a positive attitude and good interaction with customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting healthy options and prepare fresh, easy meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, presented, and deli area remains clean.
• Fill, rotate, and display products and maintain displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary deli area and respond to safety and sanitary regulations.
• Receive and log products for accuracy of shipment and quality.
