Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Deli Clerk for our fast-paced deli. You will assist customers with healthy options, prepare fresh meals, and ensure deli items are neatly displayed and clean. The role also involves packing, rotating products, and fulfilling special orders such as party trays.

Responsibilities include operating deli equipment safely, maintaining a sanitary area, and providing excellent service while supporting team operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options by preparing fresh and easy meals.
• Provide high level customer service; ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, displayed, and clean.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate deli products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment (slicers, ovens, microwaves, scales) following procedures.
