Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery, restaurant, or related field.
• Dependable and reliable with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the deli area.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and prepare fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and displayed.
• Rotate and restock products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of the area.
• Receive and inspect products for quality and temperature.
