Qualifications

• Fluency in French and at least one additional language, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to clients in French and other languages via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
