Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a French Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our team in Greece. You will deliver outstanding support to French-speaking partners via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and educate partners on product features.

The role requires fluency in French and English, experience in partner/customer support, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. Full training and relocation package are provided; health insurance is included.

Formación

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in partner support or customer service is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Experience with CRM systems and support tools is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding support to French-speaking partners across phone, email, and chat.
