Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a French Speaking Advisor for an Online Payment Platform in Bulgaria. You will support French-speaking users with online payment transactions and wallet security, ensuring accurate, courteous service.

This full-time role offers fully paid training, health insurance, relocation assistance to Sofia, and a monthly salary with performance bonus. Native French required; EU passport preferred to facilitate relocation.

Qualifications

Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation to Sofia.
Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within FinTech or banking.
Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate sophisticated online payment software.
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining a calm, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Provide expert support to French-speaking users regarding online payment transactions and wallet security.
Navigate and resolve FinTech-specific inquiries with precision and maintain data protection standards.
Act as primary contact for resolving account-related issues with professional communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends in the online payment industry.
Ensure interactions comply with financial regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
