You will resolve complex inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help improve platform usability while complying with financial regulations.

This role offers fully paid relocation to Sofia, competitive salary, training, health insurance, and a monthly bonus.

Formación

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport to facilitate relocation to Sofia.
• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in FinTech or banking.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate online payment software.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a customer-focused approach.
