- Interest in FinTech and digital payments.
- Excellent communication skills for technical financial queries.
- Customer-focused with service experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to users of a leading digital payment ecosystem.
- Assist with account management, transaction inquiries, and payment troubleshooting.
- Maintain security and compliance protocols in FinTech landscape.
- Explain complex financial payment solutions to Dutch-speaking customers.
- Identify and escalate system errors to technical teams.
- Build long-term trust through empathetic, accurate communication.
- Refine internal support processes to improve customer satisfaction.
