Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group in Bulgaria is seeking a French Speaking Advisor for Online Payment Platform to support French-speaking users and ensure secure transactions in a fast-growing FinTech environment.
You will resolve complex inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help improve platform usability while complying with financial regulations.
This role offers fully paid relocation to Sofia, competitive salary, training, health insurance, and a monthly bonus.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport to facilitate relocation to Sofia.
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in FinTech or banking.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate online payment software.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to French-speaking users on online payment transactions and wallet security.
- Resolve FinTech inquiries with precision while upholding data protection standards.
- Act as primary contact for account-related issues with professional communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends in online payments.
- Ensure interactions comply with financial regulations and internal benchmarks.
- Contribute feedback to improve platform usability and service protocols.
