This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting telecom issues, and guiding customers through billing and account processes. A relocation package and training are provided to support a smooth transition.

You will work as part of a global telecommunications team, using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and contribute to service improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service; telecom or tech support preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to multitask across platforms.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for Salt, addressing inquiries about telecom products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for mobile, internet, and fiber connectivity for French-speaking clients.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with accurate information on billing, accounts, and upgrades.
• Act as brand ambassador and follow service protocols with precision.
• Navigate internal CRM systems to update data and record interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex connectivity concerns.
• Contribute to service delivery improvements by highlighting pain points.
