Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Customer Expert to support Salt in Greece. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot telecom issues, and manage billing andAccount tasks for a diverse, mobile customer base in Athens, while serving as a brand ambassador.

Ideal candidates are fluent in French with customer service background in telecom or tech support, strong digital skills, and a proactive, multitasking mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in telecom or tech support.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to multitask across software platforms.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for Salt, addressing inquiries related to telecom products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding mobile, internet, and fiber connectivity for French-speaking clients.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing accurate information on billing, account management, and service upgrades.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all telecom service protocols are followed.
• Navigate internal CRM systems to update data and record interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve connectivity or network-related concerns.
• Provide feedback on common customer pain points to improve service delivery.
