Responsibilities

• Answer phones and perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry and mail distribution.
• Verify required documentation and reports.
• Assist customers with inquiries, rate quotes, and billing questions.
• Enter freight shipment information and generate bills.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries and schedule appointments.
• Support drivers and logistics operations as needed.
