Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle documentation for freight movement and customer communications.
• Answer phones, data entry, and general clerical tasks.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Enter shipment information and manage freight bills.
• Assist with pickup/delivery scheduling and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and service centers to resolve issues.
