Qualificações
- 3–5 years freight brokerage or 3PL sales with strong individual performance.
- Proven leadership: mentoring or managing sales reps; freight agent teams preferred.
- Industry knowledge: TL/LTL pricing, lane analysis, and carrier relations.
- Tech-savvy: experience with TMS, CRM, and AI-enabled freight tech.
- Driven, high-energy, strong communication, entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of freight sales reps.
- Drive KPIs, gross margin targets, load counts, and revenue growth.
- Manage your own shipper book: prospect, close, and grow accounts.
- Collaborate with ops and leadership to adopt AI tools and pricing.
- Recruiting and onboarding sales talent; develop scalable territories.
