BlueGrace Logistics LLC is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to coach and grow a team of Commercial Sales Executives in freight services across parcel, LTL, and truckload. You will lead live coaching, onboarding, pricing guidance, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate reps’ performance and close more freight deals.

You bring prior sales management experience, a proven track record of developing sales professionals, and a solid transportation/logistics background.

Responsibilities

• Live-coaching calls daily to improve reps in real time.
• Run structured 90-day onboarding for new hires.
• Identify and close skill gaps through feedback and practice.
• Own pricing decisions to protect margin and keep deals moving.
• Keep the sales pipeline moving by directing daily activities.
• Report weekly development areas to leadership and ensure objectives stay current.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Carrier Sales and Leadership.
