Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.

• Full-time availability in office (Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in transportation and logistics.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers.
• Use McLeod software and load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Drive daily sales activity using phone, email, and messaging.
• Leverage technology and AI for pricing and load booking.
