Responsibilities

• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Drive daily sales activity via phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Apply technology and AI daily for pricing, operations, and load booking.
