Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.

• Full-time availability in office Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Use McLeod software and load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate and track shipments with operations.
• Drive daily sales activity using phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Utilize AI integration daily for pricing, operations, and load booking.
