Sims Global Solutions in Lenexa, Kansas, is hiring a Freight Sales Executive – 3PL Business Development to build and grow a book of business through outbound prospecting and relationship nurturing. This in-office role offers a base salary and uncapped commissions, with strong support from our operations and carrier sales teams to execute shipments.

You will prospect, quote, negotiate, and maintain customer relationships, while leveraging HubSpot and other tools to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

• Quote and negotiate freight opportunities.
• Grow your own book of business and manage accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Carrier Sales to fulfill shipments.
