Job summary

PLS Logistics Services, a leading 3PL, seeks a driven Sales Representative to build a national client base and manage freight across modes. You’ll receive fully paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a platform to grow, with a starting salary of $52,000 and generous incentives.

You’ll engage in prospecting, pricing negotiations, and proactive client service, supported by a large logistics network and ongoing career opportunities. This role is based in Tampa, FL, with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of clients by cold calling using provided industry leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals.
• Take charge of client service issues to the point of resolution.
• Be open to coaching and learning while putting in the time and effort to be successful.
• Update tracking system accurately throughout the day.
• Liaise with Logistics Coordinators to share workload and grow the business.
• Pursue promotional opportunities to advance within the company.
