Bikeman Transport, based in Forest Lake, Minnesota, seeks an experienced freight salesperson to open new shipper accounts and grow a growing business. You will work directly with our founder and sales leadership, providing hands-on coaching and ownership of results.

You will build a pipeline, quote accurately with Operations, and manage handoffs to Operations for smooth delivery and repeat business. This role offers significant upside through commissions and leadership opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of personally winning new shipper accounts in freight brokerage or 3PL sales.
• Strong shipper relationships and ability to explain how you earn, retain and grow business.
• Sound commercial judgment with disciplined follow-through.

Aufgaben

• Win new shipper accounts through focused prospecting, referrals and industry relationships.
• Qualify freight needs and work with Operations on accurate, commercially sound quotes.
• Own the customer relationship through quote follow-up, first shipment and repeat business, with clear handoffs to Operations.
• Build a healthy pipeline, keep CRM records current and participate in weekly sales reviews.
• Grow gross profit by selling value, service and reliability.
