Job summary

Roadrunner is seeking an OS&D Technician to resolve exceptions—lost, damaged, or unaccounted freight—protecting customer trust and operational efficiency at our Mira Loma service center. You will own end-to-end OS&D resolution, maintain documentation in internal systems, and coordinate with shippers, terminals, and operations to close gaps.

A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in OS&D or freight operations are required; strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years OS&D or freight operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Familiarity with OS&D documentation and tracking systems.
• Basic math aptitude and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own OS&D resolution end-to-end with primary contact responsibilities.
• Investigate and resolve lost or missing freight through dock checks and record analysis.
• Maintain accurate OS&D documentation and update internal systems.
• Coordinate with shippers, terminals, and operations to resolve exceptions and reduce dwell time.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teams in high-pressure scenarios.
