Job summary

XPO is seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor to lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations in our Tennessee network. You will develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet evolving department demands and ensure on-time, damage-free delivery.

Be ready to manage workloads, schedule hourly staff, enforce FMCSR, OSHA, DOT policies, and coach employees toward higher productivity. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a path to leadership

Qualifications

• 2 years of related warehouse/distribution experience.
• Knowledge of LTL, hazardous materials regs, and DOT rules.
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement procedures to meet department demands.
• Evaluate and supervise workloads; manage payroll and admin tasks.
• Coach employees on safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
• Plan schedules to meet daily goals and reduce costs.
