Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support professional to oversee freight flows across multiple modes, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, carrier coordination, and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will manage outbound/inbound activities, communicate updates to customers, and support documentation and invoicing for international shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or operations experience – 1 year.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work in a high-volume environment with email and calls.
• Precise attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Typing 35+ words per minute and basic tech proficiency.
• Experience with invoicing and payables is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and tracing outbound shipments.
• Inspecting inbound/outbound freight.
• Coordinate carrier relationships and load tenders.
• Prepare routing paperwork and file close-out.
• Communicate freight status to customers and stations.
• Ensure TSA/KSMS and regulatory compliance.
• Data entry in transportation management system.
• Quote, cost, and invoice international shipments.
