Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an Operations Support professional to manage freight forwarding shipments across multiple modes. The role focuses on delivering high-quality operations and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle recaps, quotes, costing, and invoicing for domestic shipments, while preparing paperwork and coordinating with dispatch and customers. TSA/KSMS compliance and data entry are essential parts of the workload.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and speed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with invoicing and payables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recapping shipments and pricing per tariff or quote, and completing accounting.
• Answering customer service calls and providing excellent service.
• Quoting, costing and invoicing domestic shipments, air and ground.
• Preparing routing paperwork and timely document delivery.
• Updating system with freight status and issues; communicating with dispatch and customers.
• Adhering to TSA/KSMS and other regulatory standards for booking and routing.
• Data entry of shipments into the transportation management system.
• Uploading documents to the document management system.
• Other duties as assigned.
