Responsibilities

• Recapping shipments and calculating transportation costs.
• Answering customer service calls and providing updates.
• Quoting, costing and invoicing of domestic shipments, air and ground.
• Preparing routing paperwork and dispatch documentation on time.
• Communicating freight status to customers and other stations.
