Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1 year experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Independent, detail‑oriented with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Flexible to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy of inbound and outbound documentation.
• Tracks incoming containers and supports issue resolution.
• Prepares document packages for shipments using Windows-based shipping systems.
• Coordinates documentation for incoming freight to ensure swift cargo movement.
• Builds outbound manifests and prepares paperwork for shipments.
• Supports yard department with gate activities and equipment reconciliation reporting.
• Supports Customer Service with data entry and system updates.
