Job summary

Paragon Leasing L.P. is seeking a Customer Account Management Coordinator to support both the sales and customer service teams. You will build customer relationships for new and existing accounts, assign shipment details to drivers, and track freight delivery while resolving issues.

The role involves extensive data entry, reporting, and coordination of scheduling for shipments, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (will be tested)
• Extremely organized with accurate data entry skills
• Associates degree preferred; transportation or supply chain background desirable
• Familiarity with AS/400 operating system preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers internally and externally
• Book loads and enter orders from customers
• Assign shipment details to drivers
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for outbound shipments
• Track and trace shipments and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Perform heavy data entry and compile spreadsheet reports
• Review driver bills of lading for documentation and payroll
• Research proofs of delivery
